Wheat flour, sugar, hazelnut 20%, eggs, liquid coffee 10%, butter, pine, nuts, natural flavourings, baking powder (disodium diphosphate, sodium hidrogen carbonate, cornstarch).

Production process:
Entirely by hand, cooked in pans, cut when lukewarm.
