For many years now, Antico Forno Santi has been making biscuits
in the small village of Migliana, set amids the greenery of
the beautiful Bisenzio Valley, near Prato. Here, in a small
and characterisctic bakery, our products see the light thanks
to the passion and creativity of Leonardo Santi, our “maestro”.
Thanks to his teaching, we have learnt to respect tradition
and the secrets of old recipes, that today enable us to present
the results of our work with great pride and satisfaction.
